The air ambulance has just landed in our field, of course that is absolutely fine- but next to in- lamb ewes (10 days to go), they bunched up and were worried but fine now. How might it take if they were going to drop their lambs early, would I see signs quickly.

If nothing has happened by now then they should be fine , so near to lambing it needs a traumatic situation to cause problems eg physical damage or dogs chasing for a long time , in the first 4-5 weeks after ram service then you would worry about embryo loss from any kind of stress

No harm done. Pilot took the helicopter straight up and then away from them .. gave them something to look at 😳😲🐑🐑🐑🐑🚁

When my son and a couple of his students flew in the sheep loved it, best entertainment they'd had, three helicopters at once 8) Sheep enjoy a novelty.
