In the quest for diversification and profitability, my daughter has turned artisan (as well as shepherding ) and is making some rather wonderful soap from our flock of Whitefaced Woodland sheep.
Ours isn't a large flock (25 lambing plus followers) but they are bred in the thick of Woodland country - on the border of Yorkshire / Derbyshire at 850 feet above sea level.
Lucy trades as Naturally Woodland and offers a variety of soaps as well as other wool related products.
Please visit her website and help us maintain our flock https://naturallywoodland.co.uk/
