Title: Lanolin/Skin problem?

I have some Hampshire crosses and one of them has a sort of crust in their wool across their back, just above the skin, it goes from yellow to darkish brown depending on where it is. Does anyone know the cause? (photo attached)

Have a look at Mycotic  Dermatitis  ( lumpy wool )
