Hi I'm looking for a large hen hut.
Big enough for about 10 birds
around Yorkshire will be perfect
thanks

like many other posts suggest, buy and convert a 6x4 shed, gives the hens more room, and better accessibility for you to collect eggs/clean out

totally agree with Cameron - get a shed that you can fit in yourself. I have 2 coops, one large enough for 15 birds, the other a broody job that could get 4 hybrids in (from the days when we only had 3 hens!) however I break my back trying to clean them and you don't want to be in the situation where you dread cleaning out each week/5 days or however often :)

a shed will last a long time and can have a change of use in the future if required
we have an 8x6 shed (not apex)
we have 15 chickens and they have plenty of room
