Title: Egg Grading

Hi All

Has anyone registered as a egg processor so they can sell grade A eggs??????
Any help welcome??

Just ring the Egg marketing board and they will send you all the info and criteria you need to comply by. Not hard and its free. You do need to be a registered flock with defra and have an inspection by the health section of your council  for weights and measures, storage , labelling etc. Ring the Egg marketing first though and they will send you everything you need to know.
