Is it going up? Just paid £40 per hour here in Shropshire. What is agricultural inflation rate at the moment for contractors?

£40/hr has been the standard contractor's rate for many years now. So I would expect it to be going up, or already be more in places. But the rate will always fluctuate greatly according to how big a job it is, whether the machinery is owner operated, and how modern the machinery etc.
