Title: Need a dog?
Post by: Freddiesfarm on November 16, 2010, 01:49:12 pm
Anyone out there in need of a sheepdog?  I have a beautiful kelpie staying with me at the moment.  she was bought to be a sheepdog and she can move small numbers ok but she is a little timid and I have been asked to find a new home for her.

She is 18 months old, not neutered, had all her jabs as a puppy and is in good health.  she has been living indoors with us as we are soft on our dogs and she has not had any accidents.  she has huge amounts of energy and loves a cuddle.

She is never going to be a wonderful sheepdog but she might be the helping hand you need - failing that she will make a fantastic pet.

We are just on the Devon/Somerset border - please contact me if you are interested.

ooh very tempting.  Could do with the help with my 10 ewes but already have 4 dogs and not sure they would like to share their chair with another.  Hope someone can give her a home as she looks lovely.

We had a kelpie puppy to socialise for Hearing Dogs.  Exceedingly smart dog, just needed a ton of exercise.

There are a few with kelpies up here, they prefer them to collies.

She's beautiful - They're cracking stock dogs - Best of luck finding her a great new home...
