a friend has some saddle back pig slaughter house as told her that they have to be skinned because there black ,ive never heard of this as only had white pigs is this right !

I assume it would depend on their destination. Butchers may prefer them skinned as customers may think the meat is bruised, or off. If they are for home consumption there is absolutely no need for skinning - the colour does not affect the meat quality, although the breed will be delicious.

All pigs, whatever their hair colour, have white skin. It is a common misconception that black haired pigs will have black skin. Meat from a Saddleback will look no different than meat from a Large White. It will not look bruised or off.
This is not the reason the abattoir wants to skin them though. Some abattoirs don't like coloured pigs because they don't want black hairs left in the dehairing bath that might end up on their white pigs.
Is there an alternative abattoir?
