That looks really promising  :thumbsup: . As long as a huge amount of research goes into every aspect of what could go wrong, then insect protein is a possible source of food for humans as well as livestock.  Our aim should be to reduce the amount of soya grown on virgin cleared land, but land already under cultivation in the world is a finite commodity, so better ways to use what we have do need to be found.  The current trend for planting trees anywhere and everywhere could have a big down side in taking good land out of production. Making insect protein can be done on old factory sites and so on.
