Title: Straw in your boots
Post by: PK on March 08, 2021, 04:35:48 pm
I usually wear wellingtons outside and I frequently get straw, hay and sometimes other debris in them. This sticks to my socks and it’s a bit of a palaver taking them off and ensuring I’m not bringing the contents into the house. Apart from pulling my trousers or overalls over the boots, which is not always appropriate if it’s very muddy, are there any other solutions?

Overtrousers which you take on and off with the boots :)

Legwarmers or long socks with the foot cut off!
