HI all
hope you ar well
i have a few questions
i have a small area in the corner of out sheep field (25mx25m) that is currently fenced with a metre hi stock fence and wire around the top.
i am thinking or refencing with 4ft high stock fencing and using timber around the bottom so they can't try and get under.
they would have access to a 6mx3m poly tunnel in the winter.
what sort of other othershed housing would i need to keep them in through the summer that they can be locked in on a night?
to add the land is rented so cant have any buildings too big
would this size fencing be high enough?
how many Goats on the 25m2 area of ground? (the could have acces to the main 2 acre paddock when i am around)
thanks in advance

A garden shed would be ideal for housing, one you can take away with you if/when you have to leave. I wouldn't use a polytunnel - a) horns and b) can get very hot and also damp in there.
No idea about fencing for pygmies though... my dairy goats would go over rather than under, and electric top wire takes care of that (most of the time).

thanks for the update
i should add that its one of those green fibrenetted poly tunnels
i lamb Wiltshire Horns in it and have pallets lied around the inside so they wouldnt be able to rip it
they have airvents around the side that could let air in
a garden she is a good option
thanks ANKE
