Title: Towerchip digital voltmeter error message

Moved my electric fence today and on checking the voltage my towerchip voltmeter kept showing L6 error code however I can't find a list of the codes anywhere.

Has anyone any idea what this means?

I don't know John? We use a cheap fence tester based on LED lights. As you are using a voltmeter, presumably it has a battery, so have you changed it as a first step?
