Title: Anyone looking for a Croft with 3 acres Aberdeenshire?

Due to go on the market following split with my ex partner is a small Croft with around 3 acre field in Aberdeenshire area, unsure when will be on market due to ex being so difficult but I would be happy to discuss a private sale if anyone was interested, obviously all legal with solicitors etc
