Title: chop,chop,chop

for  the last few days now ive been getting down to getting logs cut for the coming winter,
i have to say i love it!!!!! its gota be a man thing????????
the fire is burning lush at the mo as im writing this.
just a little reminder to any of ye that has to get the logs cut, dont do what i done last winter, left most of the cutting well
into the winter, it was horrible cutting them in the cold burrr!

It's supposed to warm you up twice!Once in the chopping and again in the burning ;)

If you're cutting green wood it's no good this year. It should have been cut last year for this winter and allowed to dry. If you burn green wood you will clog up your flue with hydrocarbons (tar) and probably end up with a chimney fire.
