Title: Registering Ryelands

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to register Coloured Ryeland lambs whose parents were both registered if the lambs have not been registered by the breeder, or if it has to be the breeder who registers them?

Best to ask the Dot Tyne who is the breed society secretary. The Ryeland Flock Book Society does have a facebook forum too.

I think you have to ask the breeder to do it mainly because some breeders will not want to register certain lambs to their name if they’re unhappy with the quality. But yes ask Dot Tyne via the RFBS to be sure
