Is it scabs?
antiseptic spray, or terromycin?
what land are they on? is it wet, rough, pebbles/stony ?
better wait for Ballingall Beth.. and her mum! :)

Without a picture I can't comment - crusty red where on her feet - in between the toes, or on top of the hoof? For in-between the toes - it is something called scald (but she would be limping, cause wet ground and log grass that cuts into soft tissue) you would need to spray with Terramycin (from vet, blue stuff) and keep her on dry ground for a wee while afterwards. If its on top of her hoof I am not sure, would have to check my sheep/goats vet book.
If you can take a picture it would help. Both feet????

not between toes, above hoofs.
been to vet today was given that blue spray and an injection is well.
have allready applied spray so if it clears a little i will try to take photo.
thanks veru much for reply ;)

They do sometimes get scabby bits on the back of their heels, blue spray is good (if they will let you put it on- my big billy used to get that in the winter and he hated getting the spray put on).

If she doesn't limp and it's both hind feet it is most likely that she has dry skin, in the BGS journal they always advertise Camrosa ointment for dry/cracked skin, but I haven't tried it yet. I would guess E45 or udder cream does a similar job. If it looks infected blue spray is better.

:goat: camrosa is a must for the kit box.
