I have a huge amount of surplus turkey chick crumbs, do you think it would be OK for piggies?
Cant see anything on the packaging that would worry me!

you really need to check the contents carefully. it still won't have the right mix of vits that your pigs will need. watch out for any meds that have been added. watch the date as well they go out of date quickly.

Not sure about UK but some turkey crumb here contains an antibiotic which may not be a good idea for pigs. I understand how awful it is to waste it but personally would not feed it just in case.

Most turkey crumb contains ACS which I definitely wouldn't feed to pigs. If it hasn't then should be ok.

I would say no, you are certainly not allowed to let ruminants eat poultry food. If you have an excess sell them off, we have just bought a load half price off someone.

think i will just compost it!! thanks for the comments xx
