yup they do like to climb, its official,mmmmmm I lost Tamara last yr, well bless her she was only 7 weeks old, I was stood out in them there fields, watching over the goats when I decided to do a head count, just to make sure you understand....mmmm NO Tamara, off I went searching thinking she had fallen to sleep some where or a stray dog had managed to sneak in and take her, guess where I found her, I was going to say I looked high and low, but not quit high enough......that collor came off soon after that and I never put it on again.........
HERE SHE IS 10 foot up a tree

;D 2 of mine are climbers - savannah is saanenX with probably alpine and is always up a tree, little monkey!

I use collars with the plastic push in clips. These break under stress, preventing disasters. Costly on collars but safe.

Ken Brigg's ferels used to climb a tree overhanging the road,walk along the branch,turn round and go back.He knew when they were doing it b ecause he could here the screech of tyres of the cars and tourist buses below ;D

Our Old English's climb too - up & over 6ft drystone walls, onto the roof of the field shelter..... Sadly for them they don't have a 10ft+ tree to play in :D
