Just thought you might like to know how to move a pig ark if you dont have a tractor etc, we moved one on sunday and this works a treat, turn it upside down onto its roof, get a skateboard and put under roughly in the middle, then grab a side each and move it along! Ha Ha the things we do on a Sunday morning!! LOL
-
Fantastic! Did you get any pictures????
:) :) :)

Genius! ;D
(Although my pig arks are on a sledge type of contraption which also works!)
-
was that on a field or concrete!
-
not sure either of those ideas would work in November, when the field are knee deep in mud?
-
ere ere i dont fancy dragging an ark on a scateboard on mud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
I would have loved to have seen a photo though
-
Yes, to be fair it is summer and it was mostly on concrete although we found it slides well across the other surfaces, no didnt get any pictures, should have thought about it though, might start an album of 'The crazy things you do on a smallholding'!

Perhaps you could start a topic (with photos) in the Coffee Lounge here.
