my millie spent ages finding worms today for the chooks and our resident robin (hes so cute) only to jumped on by our best cockeral.

It doesn't seem to matter what size they are either, I have a tiny black silkie cockerel who is only a few months old and he is already flying at me if I get near his girls. The trouble is he's so tiny I can't stop laughing at him, he chases the yard cats too, one is at least twice his size.

of my 4 cockerels ive only had one try and go for me. mistake!! i chased him round the garden flapping my arms and screeching like a demented banshee 'come on then you b.......d'. sort of like a good saturday night in camborne... only trouble is that now all the hens follow me round clucking. unlike a good saturday night in camborne!!
