Due to an illness a rare opportunity has arisen in the sale of a working croft. The house and large garden are both de-crofted. The house is traditionally stone built with a modern extension. There are three good sized bedrooms. Two reception rooms, bathroom wc, a large kitchen/diner and a utility room.
There are three outbuildings consisting of a small barn and two workshops. The croft ground extends to 17 acres on which there are two modern large three bedroom caravans. This is a holiday letting business that is up and running.
There is also a fenced apportionment which is around 25 acres that has a newly constructed barn 48' x 30' with a lean to of 48' x 15'.
No chain involved

The croft is on the shore of Loch Eriboll. The township is Laid near Durness in the NW Corner of the Highlands. The croft extends down to the shore.
