Title: left over bits of freezer meat
Post by: deepinthewoods on June 20, 2012, 08:45:30 pm
ive got loads of little bits of left overs, i only cook what we will eat so ive got bits of pork, beef and chicken, some duck giblets, a couple of odd sausage and a bit of venison. ive also got a couple of chicken carcases.
each not enough on their own but together enough for a cracking pie 8)
has anyone got a recipe for a 'brawn' type mix that i could put a pastry lid on and cook.  then chill and slice for freezing?

Not sure if this is any help but our niece (an eternal student) swears by it.

Just had a look at that website plumseverywhere it's brilliant  .
I've been looking for a site like that for ages that can find a recipe from a list of ingredients .
