Hello again,
I've just rejoined your forum, having changed my ISP & email since I previously joined a couple of years ago (and having forgotten my previous user name!)
We run a smallholding in Lanarkshire, Scotland, with about 19 acres, as well as full time jobs in the NHS. We have a small flock of Hebridean & Soay sheep, and managed to bring in enough hay in September to keep them happy after a disastrous hay crop in July when the wet weather ruined about 300 small bales.
As you might guess from my user name, I'm also fond of grey Ferguson tractors! (and other old machinery)
I've been lurking on your forum almost since you started it, and have enjoyed the posts & information from all around - many of the problems & concerns are universal, and the answers relevant to many people.
Thanks for the help,
John

Hello from me in South Lanarkshire ;D
I'm in Lesmahagow, so maybe not too far from you ?
Look forward to hearing more from you.

Hi again :pig: :pig: :pig: and welcome

Hello Karen,
yes, I'm not far from Lesmahagow, about 15 miles NE, between Wishaw & Shotts.
I should have mentioned that I also keep chickens as well as sheep - sometimes I just take them for granted since they've always been around!
Thanks for the welcome,
John
