Does anyone know if an Otter will kill a full size duck?
We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.

Yes they will,

I reared 80 mallard on the shoot two seasons ago.
Lost about 9 to an otter.

Even though it was fox proof the otter came up a small stream and swam under the mesh into the pond.

An otter took two of my hens, a Sussex and Cream Legbar, I caught it twice in a live capture trap but let it go as they are a protected species, they are a lot bigger close up than you'd first think.

Yes easily - I once saw and otter kill a  full grown greylag  goose - a duck would be nothing to them
