[Cowdance]

Hi, we have an 'Animeter' pig measuring tape and I'm a bit confused by what the weight indicated actually means!

I assumed it was live weight, however I was told today that it is the 'dressed' weight after slaughter. The instructions don't make it very clear (to me at least).

Can anyone shed some light based on experience?

Also, is it better suited/more accurate for different breeds? the pigs in question right now are middle whites.
