New to all this malarkey :)
« on: December 09, 2016, 10:17:22 am »
Good morning guys, had this site recommended by a lovely lady who I am purchasing my first flock of sheep from !

I have recently managed to get a 12 acre field to rent :) I am moving my horses there this weekend and then the sheep are coming next weekend .....

I haven't had sheep before ! So excited ! They are mainly to help keep the weeds down, but I fear I may become a bit of a sheep hoarder ha ha !!

I'm in Peterborough , not sure how many local people are on here too

Looking forward to having a proper read through the abundance of info !! :) xxx

Welcome to TAS

Definitely worth reading the sheep pages on here. They are great animals but have an unnerving habit of causing problems in the blink of an eye! The more you read, the better prepared you are. What breed are they?

I'm from between Peterborough and Spalding. What type of sheep are you getting?
