Hi, we are Richard and Faye, we have two children that will be coming with us, our plan is to move to Bulgaria in about 2 to 3 years, once our 17 yr old has finished his college course.
We want to buy a house with some land, partly to be self sufficient and partly be able to sell products. Any advice on the process would be gratefully received.

Hi Richard. 
Can't offer any advice, but I hope I (and the others) haven't upset your plans by voting "Out".  I wish you Good Luck - not least because I pondered about relocating to another EU state for quite a while upon 'early retirement'.  I ended up buying a littler bit of Cornwall instead.  No regrets about my vote or my decision to stay here, but I perceive great opportunities for folk like yourselves (if us Brexiteers haven't messed up your opportunities too much).  Again,  good luck.
