Nervous new runner ducks

I'm looking for some advice regarding my new runner ducks. After a lot of reading, research and preparation we finally got our new runner ducks (one drake) yesterday. I expected them to be nervous (and they are) however had a wander around their pen yesterday and a splash in their pool.

We managed to get them into their duck house last night however I opened the door for them this morning (4 hours ago) and they still haven't ventured out into the run.  There is plenty of food and water in the run but not in the house itself and I'm worried about their eating and drinking.  Will they venture out if they are really hungry/thirsty, or should I move some wheat and water into the house? I've tried to entice them out with food at the door however they are very nervous and disappear to the back of the house whenever I appear.  I'm happy to leave them to settle in if that's what they need however just concerned about their eating and drinking.

The other option is to open the opposite duck house door and 'chase' them into the run however I don't want to distress them any more.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
