Hi, I'm Clive, I have a small farm in Somerset. I used to farm beef cattle and then went in for sheep but the fox situation here is grave and I lost so many lambs that it wasn't worth doing. Some lambs which were not heavy enough to kill I kept until they were hoggets and sent them for slaughter. I had them packed ready for for the freezer in half lamb packs. We sold them to friends and the response was massive. Many people asked when we would have some more and we were complemented on the flavour. I am now thinking of buying wethers, which I hope will be out of danger and running them on till they are over a year old and doing the same with them. Any comments or advice will be appreciated.
