Land away from home

Does anyone have their land a short drive from home? Im looking at 15mins 8miles? And if yes what do you keep? Thanks

My sheep are currently about 3 miles away, this is the closest they have ever been the furthest is about 12 miles...

Our land is 7 miles away, nothing at all in fine weather, but, if snowy or icy can be a trial. You just have to tell yourself that every day that passes is a day towards spring!

we live 3 miles away for a year, with pigs and a couple of cows. didn't enjoy it but it was only short term till we moved here
