... to the seasons? One of my apple trees is full of fruit but has blossom just opened.

I have no idea..... the weather has been so weird lately. A lot of the hedgerow fruit has shrivelled :(  The danger is that the frost tcould then kill the tree, as trees are really supposed to be going into hibernation about now.  ???

I have one elder tree and one bramble who regularly have berries and blossom at this time of year, I don't know why!

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

That explains the crocuses but I've never seen blossom this late in the year before. Good to know I'm not alone though.
