Contact Chris Smyth at Barony Coloured Ryelands - he's chair of the Scottish Ryeland Group and a very good breeder. He will be able to help I'm sure.

Have you tried the breed society?  http://www.ryelandfbs.com/  I'm sure they would be more than happy to put you in touch with breeders

Things seem to move very slowly in the breed society world I'm afraid. ;D

Make sure you get some from a breeder who selects for easy lambing. A friend of mine bought some three years ago and every year we struggle to lamb them.....even tried a different tup this time, but so far one lambed and it needed help. It seems some pedigree breeders select for imo the wrong traits

My five ewes including two first timers, produced five sets of twins with little intervention. I helped one of the first timers a little as she had an enormous lamb, in fact I was surprised to see an enormous twin an hour later. I have three ewes lambs for sale but I believe they have gone already assuming the deposit arrives. Good luck.

The Ryeland Flock Book soc has an active Facebook page / you could try and join and ask there? If not one of us can advertise for you. Ryelands are lovely - really rewarding as they let you get familiar enough with them to get to know their personalities.

Glad you got sorted Chrissy! If it falls through I know someone who could have few coloured and white lambs available shortly.
