as I have been on a sugar free diet for a couple of weeks, due to allergies I am eliminating certain things from my diet and reintroducing them gradually to see which it is, I have been trying new recipes using only honey as sweetener. I found this recipe from Nigella's recipes and i have found when making her recipes that she always uses honey as the main sweetener, especially in desserts. I have posted the link to share here. Make sure that you use real honey not supermarket rubbish

Proving you don't have to be on drugs to cut out sugar - but it helps!

Ever since I started beekeeping I use honey rather than sugar, makes everything super yummy  :thumbsup:  we now only buy sugar for coffee which the other half drinks.
