Hi, is your OSB boar still available? We have 2 OSB ladies we would like piglets from them.  The vet has checked them over and no concerns.  We are based near Turriff. If you could give us prices etc. that would be great. Thanks

Thank you for letting us know.
Don't suppose you know of any other boars in the area? Thanks

We have a kune kune boar (soon to be two) just outside Banff if that is any interest to you?
Although slightly slower growing (we'd usually send pure kunes off at 10-14 months) they still achieve similar weights, and kunes have light bones so there is less loss from live weight to carcass. They are also better at grazing than most breeds and feed requirements are much less than other pigs, around 1/4 of the concentrates to slaughter weight. And they are very friendly pigs!
If you're interested in a covering, please pm for more details.

Kunekune boar and OSB make an absolutely fantastic meat cross! We had an accidental mating with our kk boar and an OSB - the weaners were so good we repeated it on purpose
