It doesn't take much to make me happy

I bought a sausage stuffer on preloved for £20 plus p&p. Its just arrived and I am very happy with it.  :)
Life is like a bowl of cherries, mostly yummy but some dodgy bits

oh wow bionic that looks smart. I have a mincer / sausage maker and really fancy having a go. Where did you get your mix / skins from? Also, I have been looking at books on amazon can you recommend one please?

I usually get my skins and flavourings from Weschenfelder but I think this time round I am going to make my own flavours.
I have just ordered a book by Paul Peacock called the Sausage Book but as I only ordered it this morning I can't tell you what its like yet.
