Hi, we have land and buildings available to rent near Lockerbie in south west Scotland . We have had a horse breeder look at the property but are keen for some one to have it for stock rather than just horses. The property wouldn't really lend it self to cattle due to size and no proper handling system . We thought it would be more suitable for sheep,goats, pigs, poultry.
The buildings- 1- 60x30x12 steel frame, York boarding block walls.
 2- 45x30x12 open fronted steel , York boarding, block walls.
The land - Around 6 acres, made up of approx 4 acre paddock with sheep pens, 1.5 acre paddock, 0.5 acre pig pen with pig ark. There's also a hard standing area next to the buildings .
We have thought long and hard if we want to rent it and we feel we are not useing the place enough and want to give some one the opportunity. There's no time scale, would rather wait for the right person to come along.
