Hello from Lincolnshire
« on: June 14, 2015, 11:47:27 pm »
Hi all,

I have lurking here for a while and thought it was about time I joined. I live in rural Lincolnshire with my wife and two teenage sons. We have about an acre and keep a couple of goats, along with 3 dogs and 6 cats. We normally grow veg, but having a year off to try and get our plot back into shape. Also have several fruit bushes and trees. Looking forward to picking up some tips and sharing some of my own!

Hi from north Lincolnshire.  We have just got a couple of golden Guernsey goats.  Now trying to milk one of them. I am usually at the farmer's market in Lincoln on the LOGO stall. Next one is this coming Saturday milking permitting

Thanks to all. Forgot to say - I usually keep chickens but lost them recently to foxes >:(. I have also kept geese and ducks (runners and call ducks) in the past. Need to restock, but I might leave it to next spring.
