Hello from Birmingham
« on: April 26, 2015, 07:12:23 pm »
Hi,

Just logging in, my dad is on here too so he told me to come on the forum and have a look. I am an aspirational self sufficiency believer and wish to gain further knowledge of self reliance and living low impact. I have also started to diarise my thoughts, you can find this on my blog https://selfandroots.wordpress.com the blog is currently in it's infancy but I welcome all feedback, good and supportive.

So hello to all, hope you are all well !

Hi,

I'm another Tom from Birmingham.

I took a look at your blog, I've been using water/vinegar as a cleaner for a while but the smell is very strong, will take your advice and add some lemon oil to take the edge off.

Did you do a Loaf sourdough course? We did this last year and have been sourdoughing ever since to varying levels of success. If I try and rush the process it almost guarantees failure, making a loaf so dense it could be used as a building material.
