moving on to clean pasture after worming

I really ought to know this as I've read it on here before -so sorry to ask again! How long should you leave sheep on the 'dirty' pasture after they've been wormed. I wormed them today after the results of a FEC and speaking to my vet?. So when should I move them onto the clean as pasture? Thank you
