Pigs aren't supposed to jump

most lop eared's don't, but many prick eared's do!

Our mangalitza could clear a 3 foot fence if she wanted to.
Our tamworth when 8 months old used to climb onto a sow sleeping by a hurdle and get over that way.
Our middlewhite used to 'pitch-pole' over of her farrowing shed wall at feed time - she'd hurl herself at the wall and land with her stomach on the wall, she'd then lean forward and fall off forwards to us bringing the food!  Luckily she only did that once she'd given birth!

We sold a pig to someone and a few minutes after starting off for home they rang to say the pig had pushed the removable roof off their small trailer and jumped out. Much to the shock of the following motorists and certainly not because they hadn't put the roof on properly!!!

She fortunately didn't suffer any injury, popped up the nearest drive and dug up their spring bulbs.

We sold an OSB gilt to a woman that trains horses. She trained the pig to show jump! Pigs might fly, after all  ;D
