Hi, can you specify what half a pig means? Last one I had, no trotters, minimal belly, ham - what ham?

Also can you post (to London) and if so what's the cost please? Thanks

hi, half pig,1 rolled shoulder, belly, crop steaks, loin chops, leg steaks and whole leg cut to sizes you want. When sent in post its done by weight so sometimes to keep cost down trotters and heavy bone is excluded but can be included if required. Ham is part of the leg or cured leg so would not be included cred in a fresh half pig.
Hpoe that helps

Oxford Sandy and Black is the tastiest of pork :yum: :yum: and £90 for a half seems a bargain. I suppose it would cost too much to send it to Devon?
