Sorry to bump an old post, but I have thoroughly searched this site and the internet and still unsure where to hang my chorizo.  I do have an airy barn but i'm worried about mice and flies (not so much this time of the year.  Alternatively i have an open lean to against my house where I could hang them.

Any suggestions guys?  I made them last night and was going to keep them indoors until tomorrow anyway

Forgot to add, if they are outside, what happens if it freezes?
