I just made the recipe today, it looks good, plus I used buffalo cream for the mousse and it tastes awesome, I just need to decorate it now. :excited:

I am going to decorate mine  with chocolate shavings instead of the fruit. I want it for NY eve so will probably make it around 30th Dec as it says it keep ok in the fridge for a couple of days

Saved in my recipes on my iPad! I may well make one for New Year's Eve as well as we have all our neighbours coming round.
