HOUSE WITH HALF Ha in France
« on: November 26, 2014, 08:41:11 pm »
Very good value for money for this village property in the Morvan.
This village country home with a living area of 122mē, is our Top Bargain at the moment, and an opportunity not to be missed ! It has a good healthy structure, the roof is in good condition, with under cover roofing, and includes new woodwork and double glazing. The septic tank is in working order, but just needs to be revised to meet the latest European standards.
It is set out as follows : Ground floor : 1 living room (29mē), 1 bedroom (16.5mē) with bathroom and WC, 1 kitchen (18mē), 2 bedrooms (10 and 24mē), 1 landry room, and another bathroom/WC.
Oil central heating.
A garage of 38mē is included with this property which is semi-detached with the next house.
Outside the property. An enclosed courtyard which offers lovely surrounding panoramic countryside views. An orchard at the back, another garage, and grounds of 3.800mē. The land included with this property is therefore a whole 5.000mē
In a pleasant country French village with a Church, Castle, local shops, post office, and school. Nearest Town, SAULIEU, only 5 minutes drive away.
More photos and house plans are available upon request.
A ‘must visit’ during your bargain house hunting in Burgundy!

Reduced to €99,000 for quick sale (That's less than Ģ76,000!) Please spread the word, I can't afford to keep paying local taxes, electricity and water on 2 houses - hence the silly price!

Would you be the next door neighbour?
pygmy goats, gsd, border collie, scots dumpys, cochins, araucanas, shetland ducks and geese,  marrans, and pea fowl in a pear tree.

Just had this pm from the owner:
I do so hope someone grabs it, YES, there is decorating to do, but otherwise its a solid stone structure with new roof and new double glazing throughout (including 4 external doors) and the price is daft, but need must.... thanks love, will take photos of land tomorrow, there are 2 mature walnut trees on it which give BIG walnuts
