hi im rachel

hi im rachel, what to no about me; i breed and show pedigree suffolk sheep, and i also run a crossbred flock of ile de fracnce and texel crosses...i love farming and have been at it from quite a young age and have grew up round livestock..i live on a small farm in northern ireland. there are cows and turkeys on the farm but my specialty is sheep. i have 3 dogs, 2 of which are working collies (one retired and one an up and coming pup) and then max the chocolate labrador.

i am currently studying a degree in York on agricultural science, hoping to go on and study veterinary medicine eventually go into livestock medicine. thats really all about me if you want to no anymore leave a message, or just for a wee chat :) ...thanks

Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing
