home killing pigs
« on: October 21, 2014, 08:08:13 am »
Someone asked me what the rules were about this and as we are quite happy with our system of dropping off at the abbatoir and then having pigs delivered back to our village butcher, I had no idea.

Does anyone have a link to the rules and regs about this that I could print for them?  We are in Scotland if that makes a difference.

Thank you!

I'm in Scotland, I went through all this last year, every pitfall and problem I had is in this thread as well as the final summary of everything that was required in the end.
