bumper lot of large potatoes - now looking for the best fillings to go on top of. Prawns in 1000 Island type dressing, chilli, curries are the standard fillings in this household (almost forgot cheese and beans!). Anyone else have any suggestions?

Bacon, garlic mushrooms, caramelised peppers, cheese, beans, chilli, tuna, red onions.

Love a good jacket feast. Has been a staple when we have friends over as one is coeliac and another is veggie. Versatile meal.
