My neighbour texted me this morning at 5am to say that he had chased a fox away from my goose house, the fox was chewing at the door frame. I have invested in a small paint brush and a bottle of extra, extra strong piri piri sauce and have applied it liberally to where foxy has been chewing, so, hopefully he will get a nasty surprise if he tries again.

I don't suppose you have CCTV trained on the goose house, do you? It would be worth seeing.

Still have the geese, no more chew marks so I think it may have worked. My son tells me that paprika mixed with salt and lemon juice makes for a "tastier" deterrant
