lamb for pork etc
« on: September 29, 2014, 06:28:50 pm »
In a weeks time we will have the next batch of our lambs ready for the freezer.  Its lovely lamb (charollais cross with texel) it tastes great, but its possible to have too much of a good thing!  We were wondering whether if anyone would like to swap a lamb for some pork or beef.  We are near Warrington, so you would need to be this area, but we would happily meet half way, come to you etc, depending on your location. The lamb carcasses weigh about 20kgs when they come back from the slaughter house.  I will also happily joint the meat for you.  Message on here for our phone number.  Thanks.
