If you have clipped as close as you can and checked the fleece all around the strike area , then you should have got rid of all the eggs ( pale yellow clumps ) and all the maggots unless they are embedded in the skin then maybe tweasers  might help .   while clik is not usedto kill maggots it might sicken them ? .  if the skin is not broken then tomorrow will be fine for  a treatment/preventative   .    if the skin is broken then you need anti biotics and cover with  savlon /sudacrem or similar

You could also crutch the whole area and put a few drops of something smelly on the thick fleece nearby - tea tree oil or similar - to mask the smell of maggots and prevent flies continuing to lay there,

Once the maggot are gone there is a great cream called Summer Fly Cream it's bright yellow and very thick, I got mine from local country store in the horse section but it's specifically for after flystrike to sooth the skin, repel flies and create a barrier so the skin can heal and not get sunburnt.
